Our workshops and cookery classes aim to spread the message about the basics of good food without unnecessary processing aids.
Our bread classes focus on the use of slow fermentation processes that enable yeasts to do their work prior to being used in proving breads, to some people this overcomes negative symptoms associated with eating factory produced bread.
We host regular bread making classes that are a full day and include coffee on arrival, refreshments and a two course lunch, you also take home all of the bread you have made. Class subjects are:

We also offer baking and cooking classes including:

Our courses have a maximum attendance of ten and this makes them both interactive and fun… not to mention educational!
