This intensive class is designed to give you the background knowledge to the fundamentals of good bread making. During the two days you will learn about slow fermentation breads, "field to fork" - where our bread comes from, kneading techniques, shaping and baking. You will learn about starters, ferments, overnight sponges and much more with an emphasis on Sourdough and slow fermentation breads. We will also learn about flavoured breads and the development of flavour that surpasses any mass produced breads.
