Take a day away from the work place to learn a new skill, relax and have some fun and let the disciplines of bread making solve some of those strategic problems!
Either as a stand alone course or as part of a business meeting or away-day, you and your colleagues will be shown how to bake a traditional slow fermentation bread, from this you will mix, knead and shape your own dough ready for baking later in the day. In between the dough work you will have time to chat in a relaxed yet energetic and enthusiastic environment about your current work challenges.
When the team is away from the familiar work environment we find that the usual "road-blocks" are eased and solutions are often found.
Some organisations may wish to compliment the day by including a session with an executive coach or similar. We are happy to arrange our baking timetable to work around the needs of your organisation and key objectives you wish to achieve from the course. We also have a small break-out room should the group need to split up for specific tasks.
